This workshop cultivates Team Innovation, Team Communication, Team Leadership and Team Motivation to drive unity within the organization. Through the use directive strategies that influence the way that people act and re-act to each other in teams and groups, participants will develop new mental, emotional and even physical interactions that will yeald enhanced performance teamwork.

this is NOT another Teambuilding workshop. Participants transform themselves as team leaders and team members, and develop the skills and creativity to influence others within the organization to equally raise standards.
