Visual Needs
Requirements for the Arthur
F. Carmazzi seminars are as follows:
- A wireless lapel microphone
- An audio connection for a computer to the sound system in the
seminar room (the seminar room should have stereo speakers, not
ceiling speakers)
- An LCD projector and screen
- 2 flip charts, each with THICK Red, Green, Blue, Purple, and
Black Pens.
- One tall but thin table on the stage with space for an A3 piece
of paper and 3 glasses of water
- Seating should be arranged in cluster format, 5 people per table
- A tall stool with a back rest
