He holds Master of Business Administration (EMBA), Bachelor of Engineering (BE Mechanical) and Diploma in Automotive Engineering (DAE) from India’s premier business and technology colleges. He also holds coveted Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute USA. Mr. Khaire is “Competent Toastmaster” certified by Toastmaster International. He successfully represented “Augusta Toastmasters” Georgia USA’s Celebrity Toastmasters club in various inter-region and inter state competitions.
He held various senior level positions in Fortune 500 MNC organization’s including Dy. General Manager (DGM), Chief Engineer, Engineering Manager at R&D and Engineering Centers at India and in USA. His rich 13 + years experience spans over automotive, engineering services, Software development, consulting and manufacturing industry segment. He is having rich hands-on experience to work with USA, Brazil, Canada, UK, Germany, Poland, Italy, China, Japan, Hong Kong and France based teams and organization. Mr. Khaire successfully handled multi lingual, multi-culture and multi-locations teams and successfully achieved the organizational objectives. He is passionate about building and growing businesses and has always aspired to run a business. He likes thrive in difficult situations and get a thrill out of complex challenges. He excels at and enjoys building teams to support of business objectives.
