The workshop is designed to be implemented with the participation of Managers as Co-Facilitators to create lasting change with in the staff, it deals with different hierarchies to cultivate greater understanding and respect.
This Workshop uses the Directive Communication (DC) discipline for attitude enrichment of front line, and executive and staff to inspire alignment with corporate values. It enables individuals the ability to specifically and positively direct enthusiasm and action for themselves and others at work. Unlike other programs that teach skills without the foundations to excel in those skills, it uses psychological approaches to internalize higher job satisfaction, passion and loyalty within the staff. The workshop will result in participants making realizations that will influence their perspective of their place in the organization, their ability innovate new solutions to make a difference in the lives of the colleges and their customers, and the fulfillment the organization can bring to their own balanced lives.
