Dr. WING S. WU, the multi-disciplinary psychology based coach, trainer and consultant, specializes in Holistic and Total Quality coaching, problem solving and decision making methodologies.

He has accumulated 25 years of top-tier Quality Assurance, Organizational Turn-around and Professional Holistic Change expertise in the wafer-fabs and electronic industries within Asia, which includes SGS-Thomson, Chartered Semiconductor and Hyundai Electronics. In addition to being certified in DISC, Facet5, CBCI, NLP, Satir, TQM, Lean-Six Sigma and Directive Communication techniques, he holds an MBA & Ph.D.

At the national Singapore level, Dr. Wu was involved as an Assessor for the Singapore Quality, Innovation & Quality Circles and People Developer Awards.

Incorporating total personal learning and experiences, Wing’s training programs in executive coaching, decision making and problem solving transcend traditional training techniques.
