Natasha Dalmia

Keeping Organizational Frameworks Sustainable

Natasha is currently contributing primarily towards Leadership Development, Organizational Learning and Change.

Natasha draws inspiration from a plethora of new-age process practices as conversation circles, pro-action café, world café, open space, art of hosting and blends it with the tried and tested strategic designs and organizational frameworks to serve her clients. Her clientele with whom she has cultivated a relationship in the last 1 ˝ years have been NTUC corporate office, NTUC Club, People’s Association, MCYS-Voluntary Children’s Home Sector, NUS: Centre for the Arts, N Parks, Singapore Exhibition Services, Bendemeer Secondary School, Anderson Junior College and others.

Natasha enjoys facilitation as a hobby and devotes her free time on Inter Faith Dialogues hosted by South East CDC, Inter Racial Dialogues hosted by One People Singapore, IRCC and has been an active contributor in the modular developing circle dialogues hosted by Al Nandhah Mosque, Bishan; all in Singapore.

Natasha has worked extensively with youth from over 33 countries on a range of topics in various roles of that of a coach, teacher, trainer and facilitator. As an alumni member of AIESEC, an international youth organization, she has facilitated many of their workshops, conducted trainings on diverse topics and coached young leaders from AIESEC Singapore. She was the first Asian Chairperson for AIESEC SMU Summer Conference on CSR in June 2009. She is also mentoring youth from social organizations as YMCA and has been involved in social causes as raising awareness on HIV/AIDS, adolescent health and empowerment, volunteer and project management and climate change.

Natasha is trained in Directive Communication Psychology and has used it primarily for cross-cultural communication. With Bachelors in Psychology Hons from Delhi University and Masters in Social Sciences from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Natasha has been passionate about education and cross-cultural studies. Writing travelogues, Teaching for fun in workshop style (Compositions/SAT/IELTS/TOEFL), Scuba Diving have been some of the passions for Natasha, who has travelled from the quaint hill station of Darjeeling to Singapore to live life meaningfully and purposefully.
