Monica L. Solosa became a legend as the first female Club Disc Jockey in the mid ‘70s in Singapore. Leveraging on her renown and personal brand, she soon became the region’s most respected Asian Consultant for Entertainment Concepts with clients like the Shangri La Group of Hotels, the Holiday Inn Asia Pacific Chain, among countless others. Monica leveraged her successes and recognition in the entertainment world even further to catapult her notoriety in England, Australia, USA, China, Thailand, Taiwan, India, and Myanmar.

A Directive Communication certified training partner, Dale Carnegie Graduate, and trained by BBC experts in Broadcasting, Solosa was a much sought after Media Relations Trainer after becoming certified in Directive Communication Psychology, she has evolved her expertise in developing trust and personal brand identity, to the next level of creating and nurturing healthy business and personal relationships that are rich in strong communication. She has assisted private individuals, corporate leaders and government figures around the world to improve their personal brand identity and maximise their relationship potential in areas on Media, Leadership, Sales and politics.
