EMSc (Marketing), Six Sigma Black Belt, WSQ Certified Trainer & Assessor

Directive Communication Practitioner accredited by American Institute of Business Psychology

Armed with passion and more than 15 years of sales and corporate management experience under her belt, Jenny recently ventured into the training and consultancy sector. She recognizes that there is a dire need for industry expertise toward providing skill training to the workforce and therefore aims to offer this with her unique blend of passion, personality and corporate expertise.

Throughout her corporate career in sales and management, Jenny has lead, trained and coached numerous employees to realize their personal potential in order to excel in their own performances. During her assignment of 18 months as a Black Belt with Tyco Fire & Security, she has led her teams through 5 projects to effectively achieve cost saving goals of more than S$1.5million.

In her five years as Regional Director of Tyco International Asia, Jenny had successfully launched new offices in the Region such as India, Taiwan, Thailand, turned around “fledging” business units in Pakistan, Malaysia and Indonesia and built successful teams to achieve and exceed corporate performance goals.

Jenny graduated valedictorian from Baruch College, CUNY (City University of New York) with an Executive Master of Science in Marketing. She is an elected life-time member to the prestigious Beta, Gamma, Sigma Honor Society, the highest academic business honor community in the United States.

Jenny plays an active role in serving the Community and promoting the Training and Security Industry. She has served 8 years with the Security Systems Association (SSAS) as Education Head, Honorary Secretary, Vice-President, and as industry expert for CP59 review lead by Singapore Standards Council.

She is passionately committed in helping people grow and attain their potential. Her 5-year involvement with ITE affirms this and has served in various capacities as Chairman of two course review committees and Advisory Committee member.

Jenny is also committed to help working adults achieve life-long skills. Her recent commercial collaboration with ITE to co-deliver critical skill courses will assist the working adult workforce to attain skills for personal development, assist them to stay employable and competitive.
