DC Certified Trainer Franchise
| Where
does the training take place? Training can take place at our Full Partner’s training facility located in your country. From time to time, alternative venues will be arranged due to logistics reasons. |

| What’s the length
of the initial training program? DC training programs consist of 8 separate modules, each taking 2.5 days to 5 days. Completion of the entire DC Based Certification course will take about 27.5 days excluding pre-course and post work hours. (For details please read Appendix A) |

| What other additional
costs do I have to pay besides the franchise fee? Your franchise fee includes all training, course materials, training tools, training manual (audio CD, VCD) up to the AIOBP Accreditation stage upon completion of the 8 modules. We have also included your accommodation while you are in Bali to undertake your 2 final modules. Nominal charges of registration fees and your AIOBP exam fees are excluded. You bear your own air fare, to and from Bali. For the remaining 6 modules which will be conducted in a local franchise office you bear your traveling expenses and accommodation. For training modules conducted in Malaysia but outside your geographical area (e.g. in another state), you need to bear your own traveling and accommodation cost. |

| What is the required
criteria to become a Franchisee (“Training Partner”)? What are the criteria/guidelines for ensuring that the Franchisee can be successful in completing his training? 1. DCI has a system to screen and assess incumbents including a comprehensive questionnaire. 2. The course also covers business strategies to achieve competitive edge i.e. “The Business of DC Training and Consulting module”. Furthermore, our 2 final modules, “Personalized coaching and Development with Arthur F. Carmazzi” and “AIOBP – Accreditation, Preparing and Succeeding as a DC Franchisee with Arthur F. Carmazzi” will definitely assist you in becoming a successful Training Partner in the DC franchise business |

| What are the contents
of the training curriculum? Our training curriculum is very comprehensive, reflecting the Directive Communication International’s high standard, and consist of 8 modules. Comprehensive collection of psychological tools and training methodology designed to influence dynamics in teams , departments and organizations. The curriculum also includes business models, proven strategies and widely accepted applications. Our module No. 6 will also equip you to effectively develop your own curriculum besides acquiring superior facilitation and coaching skills. (For more details, please refer to Appendix A) |

| Who conducts the training?
What are the background, quality and qualification of the trainers? The training is conducted by Directive Communication Senior Training Partners and each Senior Training Partner has completed the AIOBP Training Partner Accreditation. He has also obtained a minimum of 175 paid training hours and completed the AIOBP Accredited Directive Communication Master Training Course (80 hours). Many of our Senior Training Partners have had extensive business experiences and many of them are degree holders, MBA, etc. |

| How comprehensive are
the training materials? All Directive Communication-based training materials are detailed and in easily readable and accessible format supported by meaningful graphics. These materials also give numerous possible scenarios for similar situations. These materials are also reinforced by audio and video CDs, module at a glance, preparation check lists, Powerpoint slides, flip chart drawings, and facilitator support guide. |

be provided if system changes? Yes. Directive Communication methodology and franchise system are often under constant review and improvements. We are fully committed to continuously update, develope and support all our Training Partners. |
