Dr. Zaki has been working in the pharmaceutical industrial business since 1980. He started training practices 1989. He has vast experiences in the training activities started by the field of sales and marketing including professional selling skills, sales negotiation skills, strategic customer care, presentation skills, marketing research, strategic marketing, and international marketing.
Dr. Zaki has previous experience with multinational pharmaceutical companies in Egypt and in the international business as a marketing manager and training manager. He worked as a sales &marketing consultant in the pharmaceutical industry for many pharmaceutical companies. His knowledge about the human resources management and recruitment and selection enables him to be a good calibre to select, and train people in the organizations.
Dr. Zaki is expert in conducting training programmes for thefield force sales team, and for different managerial levels including; sales management skills, leadership skills, coaching and counselling skills, appraisal skills, organizational behaviour, and communication skills as well as team building skills
Dr. Zaki is a certified trainer from the AUC. He has long term experiencesboth with the American University in Cairo; AUC/SCE programmes, since 1997and with the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport programmes, AASTM, since 2000.
Dr Ekram Zaki is a prolific reader and has a deep interest in books. He is now a Level Four Directive Communication International Certified Corporate Trainer, and is all set to make a difference in the lives of people around him.
